Kevin O'Brien founded KO Appraisal in 2023. Previously he worked at JP Morgan Chase as a Senior Real Estate Appraiser and at MVT Appraisal as an independent fee appraiser.
He has completed valuations on proposed, partially completed, renovated, and existing structures including neighborhood and community shopping centers, apartment complexes, single- and multi-tenanted industrial buildings, low- to high-rise office buildings, mixed-use facilities, and vacant land. Earlier work included valuations used for condemnation, estates, financing, and due diligence support, for clients including accountants, investment firms, law firms, lenders, and private and public agencies.
